i have been rp'ing for about 3-4 months but nothing to seroius but hoping to really get into it.

Contact any of our officers in-game and we'll set up an IC interview for you. It may be worth having an OOC discussion with the officer that interviews you, about the general rules of RP, the do's and don't etc. - we will hopefully add to your RP skills and make you a great RPer
